Mid-Year Review
This mid-year newsletter reflects on a busy and positive first half of 2026, welcoming new readers while thanking long-standing patients for their continued support and engagement. It highlights the value of ongoing feedback and looks back at key topics explored so far, alongside important updates from the clinic.
A major milestone this year has been the move to a new clinic location at 2 Rainsford Road, Chelmsford, offering a fresher, more comfortable space for patients. The clinic has also been independently recognised as one of the top three osteopathy clinics in Chelmsford and has achieved the highest Google rating locally, thanks to patient reviews and continued support.
Across the year’s newsletters, topics have included pain science, posture myths, inflammation, BMI, back pain misconceptions, hydration, nutrition, and the role of lifestyle habits in long-term health. A consistent theme has been the importance of resilience, context in health, and the power of small, sustainable changes. Looking ahead, future newsletters will explore sleep, gut health, and further myth-busting, with an open invitation for readers to suggest topics or seek help with ongoing health concerns.
